Serco Inc., a leader in naval innovation, announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract to deliver professional support services to Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime for Modernization & Sustainment (DPAE M&S).

The $199M award will provide critical life cycle management support for the Navy’s in-service surface ships. This full-and-open, competitive recompete win continues Serco’s more than 20-year history of supporting DPAE M&S and its predecessor organizations.

Delivering Deep Expertise for Fleet Wholeness

Serco will provide program and project management, technical engineering, and integrated logistics support across ten core mission functions for DPAE M&S. This work serves as the primary technical interface ensuring ships are integrated with the latest technologies and remain mission-relevant throughout their entire service life.

The scope of the new contract includes critical adjustments to meet modern fleet demands, providing dedicated support and incorporating increased allowances for performance across remote sites to maximize operational efficiency.

 Global Footprint and Strategic Impact

Serco serves as a cornerstone for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul capabilities. Work will be executed primarily at key U.S. naval hubs, CONUS and OCONUS.
